Semi-Private Personal Training
March 2022 saw the launch of my Semi-Private Personal Training courses.
Studies show that when it comes to lifestyle change, people perform better when working as part of a community, so I decided to offer just that! Working in same sex groups of 4 people, I’ve set up various semi-private PT courses targeting different goals including weight loss, strength, or lean definition. Here’s a little info explaining exactly what semi-private PT is and some of the frequently asked questions.
What is it?
Semi-Private PT gives you all the benefits of one-to-one personal training (but at a reduced rate) whilst working in a small group.
You’ll receive a personalised nutrition and plan and train alongside 3 other likeminded individuals targeting similar goals to you.
Who is it for?
Depending on the target goal advertised for each specific group, courses are open to all those aged 20-65 and with no major health conditions (those with specific health conditions are better suited to one-to-one personal training).
What do I get?
Initial consultation and assessment
Full measurements taken and before/after pics (if desired)
12 x semi-private personal training sessions
Personalised, easy to follow nutrition guide
Support via WhatsApp group
Use of Arena Health and Fitness UK gym (for the duration of the six-week programme)
Measurements and feedback at the end of the programme
When is it?
Course run continuously throughout the year. Days and times will differ slightly. New courses and any updates / info are posted regularly on my social media pages.
All courses (unless stated otherwise) will consist of two sessions per week for six weeks.
Where is it?
Courses are held at the Gym I co-own Arena Health & Fitness UK, Newark.
